NEW AND RETURNING PATIENTS: If you are a new patient, please book an Initial Assessment. If you are a returning patient, have not been to the clinic in 3 months or longer or have a new area of injury please book an Initial Assessment so your therapist has adequate time to evaluate your area of injury. For all other follow up appointments, please book as directed by your therapist

ICBC PATIENTS: Please ensure you are booking under ‘ICBC Physiotherapy, ICBC Massage Therapy or ICBC Kinesiology

WORKSAFEBC PATIENTS: Please ensure that you are booking under ‘WSBC Physiotherapy’ and that you have a valid ACCEPTED claim number

DIRECT BILLING TSAWWASSEN: We are happy to provide direct billing to most insurance plans. PLEASE NOTE - if your extended health provider is NOT listed on our intake form, we provide you with a receipt with all of the necessary information for you to submit to your provider. directly. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments to avoid a cancellation fee. As a reminder, if you feel unwell the day of your appointment, please call us or email us by 8AM to reschedule your appointment, or we can make the change to deliver your appointment virtually.
