**Vestibular rehabilitation** is an effective treatment for those diagnosed with dizziness, imbalance, vertigo, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), concussion, and neck-related dizziness. Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is an exercise-based program that encourages the central nervous system to compensate for balance or equilibrium deficits, which are present due to inner ear or central nervous system disease or dysfunction. VRT exercises are designed specifically for each individual after a thorough assessment by a trained therapist.

**Pelvic health physiotherapy** is recognized as the first choice of treatment for issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. Trained pelvic floor physiotherapists perform both external (posture, breathing, low back, hips, and abdomen) and internal (vaginal, rectal) examinations to assess for pelvic floor dysfunction. An internal exam is not required, however it provides a whole picture of the system and is highly recommended. Based on the assessment, customized treatment may consist of pelvic floor muscle retraining, education, bladder/bowel routine tracking, dry needling, and hands-on techniques. These various modes of pelvic floor treatment are well supported by the scientific literature and can be effective as part of your care.

**Concussion Physiotherapy** A rehab program for a patient with a concussion, or neurological issues typically involves working with a physiotherapist with a specific approach tailored to the individual's needs. It may include a combination of cognitive rehabilitation, balance training, vestibular therapy, vision therapy, and manual therapy techniques. The goal is to address symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo, headaches, balance problems, cognitive difficulties, and other neurological impairments, with the aim of restoring function and improving quality of life. Treatment sessions may be adjusted based on the patient's progress and specific challenges. Additionally, education on symptom management and gradual return to daily activities may be included in the program.
